Check Result Set Line Type

Not all check lists will be relevant for quality, even though it is important to track this for other reasons (e.g., pre-start up H&S checks). The check results set line type allows you to limit the check results sets recorded in an eCHR by Checklist Type or Checklist.

Triggers

Check result set is completed/closed. If a live signature is required, this would be when it is signed.

Check results set is re-closed after an edit.

If an Insert eSign Profile is specified then the line in the eCHR containing the check results will require a signature.

The Check Result Set line type supports both retrospective signatures and live signatures, meaning that the user on the shopfloor can be required to enter an eSignature when the results set is closed, and as it is committed to eCHR.

Note that if you populate Insert, you must also populate Update and Delete profiles.

Check Results Set - Checklist Version Configuration

There may only be a requirement for specific checklist versions within the designated checklist type to be recorded for quality purposes. The final step toward recording check results within the eCHR is to specify this within the checklist version itself.
