Operation Quantity Completion

This system eCHR line type records details of any completed completed operation quantity linked to the eCHR.

It may not be a requirement to capture all of the operations within the course of production. It may only be necessary to capture key quality related operations. For example, it may not be necessary to capture all logistics type operations if they do not relate to quality, you may only be interested in operations that directly relate to quality. In the example below the first three operations are critical but the last one is not.

Triggers

Completion of any quantities for "flows" that are marked as included in the eCHR.

How to set up an Operation Quantity Completion Line Type

There are three steps for creating an Operation Quantity Completion eCHR Line Type:

Create the line type in the eCHR profile

Create the Operation Quantity Completion line type in an eCHR section in the eCHR Profiles screen.

Select an eCHR profile for the workflow version

Navigate to the Workflow screen and select the workflow version.
Click the Edit button to display the Edit Workflow Version pop-up.
Select and eCHR Profile from the drop down list.

Set flag in the node flow to include Action Completion data in the eCHR

Select the workflow version and click the Design Workflow button.
Right click on the workflow node flow after the action you want to include in the eCHR, then click Edit to display the Edit Flow pop-up.
Tick the eCHR Required checkbox.
