Review and Sign eCHR

It is possible to close a job before the eCHR is closed because there may be post-job actions that can still be recorded in the eCHR. You can however keep an action open until a specified eCHR review and sign mode was have been completed. To do this:

1. Create a Review and Sign eCHR action.
2. Select the action and click the Configure button.
3. Select one of the following review and sign modes for the eCHR before the action can be closed: Sign Lines Only, eCHR Pending Approval, eCHR Approved.

When this is set in the action, it embeds the listing in the action screen. The Action screen in the workstation now lets you perform all the same tasks available in the eCHR Listing screen for the item that your permissions allow.
