6.5.0

Included in release 6.5 users will now be able to easily and rapidly generate product revision history.  This feature works for both new products and previously existing products. The feature can be located on the ‘Products’ screen by selecting the newest button ‘History.’ 

We’ve done a little spring cleaning by customer request.  Have you ever wished to disable and remove devices listed in the dropdown on a workstation? Super easy to do now. From the ‘Device’ screen select ‘Edit’, then change the  

‘Is Active’ field setting from ‘Yes’ to ‘No’.  This will un-assign the license, remove from the workstation dropdowns, and remove the endpoint registration from the device browser. You are now free to reassign that license to a new device. 

RCCP Upgrade 

We have improved our new Rough-Cut Capacity Planning feature. On the ‘Demand Scenarios Quantity’ screen users will now find a ‘Search Criteria’ dropdown. This feature filters workflows to quickly direct users to their intended destination. We make it even easier by highlighting in green the current default product workflow.

Copy Button Profiles 

In our relentless pursuit of reducing the configuration burden we are pleased to bring this latest feature by customer request. A new button can now be created simply by copying an existing button, then editing any unique changes. (Our apologies to anyone that stayed up late last night creating buttons from scratch.) 

Checklist Approval Skills

If you missed it, our new Quality Module launched in 6.4 with the checklist feature. Now with 6.5 the checklist has been enhanced.  The checklist can now be configured to restrict the users permitted to approve or e-sign by validating with an approver skill.
