Scrap Available Qty

This caters for the situation where an item is scrapped after production, but before the eCHR is closed. It is triggered by any scrap transaction carried out in available stock while the associated eCHR is open.

The following controls apply for different eCHR status:

eCHR Open: Scrap of available quantity is allowed and recorded.
eCHR Pending Approval: Scrap of available quantity is blocked (as this affects the quantity released section of the regulatory requirements).
eCHR Approved: Scrap of available quantity is ignored (as this does not affect the quantity manufactured or released).

The Scrap WIP line type records scrap events in the eCHR.

Trigger

Creation of a Scrap WIP transaction log.

Configuration

This line type does not require any configuration outside of the eCHR Profile.
